Battle Field 3

Battlefield 3  is a first-person shooter video game developed by EA Digital Illusions CE and published by Electronic Arts. It is a direct sequel to 2005's Battlefield 2, and the eleventh installment in the Battlefield franchise.
The game was released in North America on 25 October 2011 and in Europe on 28 October 2011 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. EA Mobile also confirmed a port for the iOS platform. The game sold 5 million copies in its first week of release, and received critical acclaim from most game reviewers. It does not support versions of Windows prior to Windows Vista as the game only supports DirectX 10 and 11.
The PC version is exclusive to EA's Origin platform, through which PC users also authenticate when connecting to the game.
In campaign mode, players take on the personas of several military roles; a USMC recon Marine, an F-18 systems officer, an M1A2 Abrams tank operator, and a SPETSNAZ operative.
The campaign takes place at various locations, from Iran to New York, and follows the story of Sergeant Blackburn and later, Dimitri Mayakovsky.

Marketing and release
A Battlefield 3 demo was presented at Gamescom 2011 in Cologne, Germany
Battlefield 3 was revealed on 3 February 2011, by GameInformer magazine. A month of GameInformer coverage included information on building the game and interviews with DICE, as well as three trailers: a teaser and the first two parts in a series of gameplay from the level "Fault Line". Several other trailers were released showing different aspects of the game, including both single and multiplayer, as well as emphasizing the new engine.
On 16 August 2011, co-op gameplay and a "Caspian Border Multiplayer Gameplay Trailer" were shown at Gamescom 2011 illustrating the co-op mode and the first footage of air combat, respectively.
Trailer releases also gained momentum in the week before the release of the game. EA released a multiplayer trailer which showed the variety of maps available in multiplayer, with short scenes of actual gameplay. It also featured shots of a map that is included in the "Back to Karkand" downloadable content (DLC).
EA also released an official launch trailer, showing off the various missions in the single player.
EA CEO John Riccitiello stated that Battlefield 3 is aimed at competing with the Call of Duty series. "This November, we're launching Battlefield 3. It's going up against the next Call of Duty, which is presently the No. 1 game in the game industry," he said, "A game that last year did $400 million in revenue on day one. Battlefield 3 is designed to take that game down." EA planned on spending over $100 million on a marketing campaign for Battlefield 3.
Electronic Arts also stated that Battlefield 3 is a "flat out superior" product to blockbuster first person shooter Call of Duty. EA has also said it is going on the "offense" in regards to its marketing on Battlefield 3, saying that it started its campaign early to establish a "beachhead". Anyone who had watched a trailer for the upcoming film Act of Valor through the official Battlefield 3 website could receive free downloadable dogtags for use with any version of the game.

Plot
Set in 2014,[27] Sgt. Blackburn leads a five-man squad on a mission to find and safely return a US squad investigating a possible IED in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, whose last known position was a market controlled by a hostile militia called the PLR.
Several weeks later, the US sends Marines into Iran. Naval aviator and F-18 pilot Lt. Hawkins engages fighters over Iran and takes part in an air strike against Mehrabad Airport. In the aftermath of the air strikes, Blackburn and his squad are sent to Tehran to perform battle damage assessment and apprehend the leader of the PLR, Al-Bashir.
While investigating an underground vault in the target's suspected location, Blackburn and his team learn that the PLR acquired Russian portable nuclear devices, and that two of the three devices are missing. Being overrun, and requesting back-up, an M1 Abrams convoy led by Sergeant Miller is deployed to extract Blackburn's team. Miller facilitates Blackburn's helicopter extraction, but is captured when waiting for a Quick Reaction Force. Miller is promptly executed by Solomon and Al-Bashir, with the event being filmed.
Later, Blackburn and his squad manage to capture Al-Bashir, who realizes Solomon betrayed him and reveals his plot to detonate the nukes in Paris and New York, before dying from the wounds he sustained in his capture.
Blackburn's team also gets a lead on an arms dealer, Kaffarov, who was working with Solomon; however, while pursuing Kaffarov, the Americans encounter a large Russian force, who are also attempting to apprehend Kaffarov and are hostile towards the Americans. Almost all of Blackburn's squad is killed, while a Spetsnaz team led by Dima assaults Kaffarov's villa. Dima successfully interrogates Kaffarov, and reveals Solomon's plot to Blackburn.
Blackburn's commanding officer arrives and to save Dima's life and let him escape, Blackburn shoots the commanding officer. Due to this, Blackburn is captured and interrogated by agents within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and explains all of his previous operations to them in flashbacks. During Blackburn's capture, Dima attempts to stop the attack in Paris, but he is unsuccessful and his team is wounded in the resulting detonation. The CIA agents do not believe Blackburn's story, since Solomon is a CIA informant and there is no concrete proof of his involvement in the terrorist attacks. They instead believe that Russia is responsible for the attacks and that Dima had played Blackburn.
Left with no other option, Blackburn and surviving squad member Montes break out of captivity to stop the attack in New York. As a result of the chase after Solomon, Montes is killed but Blackburn manages to kill Solomon by hitting his head repeatedly with a brick as well as recovering the last nuclear device. In the epilogue, having been diagnosed with radiation poisoning, Dima writes about the efforts of both him and Blackburn to stop Solomon's plot. He then readies his gun when a knock is heard at his door

Item duplication

This trick requires two players. First, have player one take an item such as an Immunizer, Mega Juice, Mega Nutriment, Max Potion, Sm Bone Husk, etc., (all Rare 3 and under). Player two must have an empty inventory. Start a quest that is very easy to finish, such as "It's Party Time". When the quest begins, have player one give all the items to player two. When player one has no more items, have him abandon the quest. Player two should finish the quest. By abandoning the quest, player one will keep their items, and by finishing the quest, player two still have the items received. Do this a few times and you will be able to get easy money by selling the items.

Easy money
Once you get the money to buy a BBQ Spit, buy it, then go to the Quest Level 1 missions and do Mission 1. Get ten pieces of Raw Meat. Cook eight pieces of Well Done Meat, then take the other two pieces to the Deliver Box. As soon as you complete the mission and return to your village, go to the woman at the fruit stands. You can sell her Well Done Steak for $48 each. Additionally, go on the fishing level 1 mission. Get ten worms out of the supply box and fish in the fishing hole near the base camp. When you run out of bait, get the rest of the worms and go to the fishing hole in Zone 11. Use the rest of the bait there. You can sometimes get more than $1,000.

Recover health on a mission
If you are out of potions and low on health while on a mission, just find the hut that you start at and press X by the bed. Your character will sleep and recover health.

Getting good weapons
Buy an Iron Hammer Upgrade it to Iron Hammer +3. Get eight Medium Monster Bones, nine Small Monster Bones, one Large Monster Bone, and one Monster Fluid 4. Upgrade to Bone Axe. 5.
Upgrade it to Bone Axe +6. Upgrade it to Bone Broadaxe. This weapon has an attack of 831.
Note: All of these weapons together cost $23,310.
Get two small monster bones from the monsters. This can be done in the first level, but if you want to get the sword immediately after the level do not spend $50 before the first level. Then, go to the weapon crafter and have him create the bone sword. It is slow but is incredibly strong.

Cephalos or Cephadrome hunting
When hunting Cephalos or Cephadrome, make sure to have Sonic Bombs. Time your throw correctly, so that the bomb explodes on top of the monster. Since they are in the sand, they will be thrown out and momentarily stunned, giving you time to hit it. Also, Small Barrel-Bombs work as well, but they must explode just when the monster is under them. Another thing that works is hitting them with a great sword.

Prepare for monster attacks
Try to be prepared to lure a monster to its death. Set traps in multiple places around your village. When a monster is spotted, lure it towards traps. As the monster goes past, have a teammate shoot the traps. They will blow up, injuring or killing the monsters.

Worms for fishing
Go to section 11 in the first and second star question. Go to the white round flat rock and press X. You will keep getting worms for awhile.

Kut Ku Scales
Kut Ku Scales can be found in area one during level one and two star missions. Go down the hill. Near the edge of the water in one of the corners are some piles of dung. Search them. Every other time you will get a Kut Ku Scale, which can be sold for a high price.

Defeating the Kut Ku
If you are an Archer, lure the Kut Ku into area 7. Kill the Velociprey and climb onto the ledge. It cannot hit you, but you can kill it easily. This works best with Crag shots. If it runs away just lure it back in.

Vespoid parts
Vespoids are the little bugs that are annoying to kill. Most of the time they will explode when they die, leaving no pieces to carve. To get easy Vespoid and Hornetaur (beetle) pieces, get a Hunter's Knife and upgrade it to a Hydra Bite so that it adds poison. With that weapon, when you hit the Vespoids you will poison them and they will most likely drop to the ground, leaving behind a carcass to carve from.
You can also use Gun by using Poison level 1

$99 Xbox 360 coming soon

The price of the Xbox might be about to come way, way down. But you'll end up paying more for it.
Confused? You're not alone.
The Verge, citing unnamed sources, reports Microsoft will announce a new Xbox 360 package next week that carries an upfront price of just $99. However, buyers will have to commit to a two-year subscription that is said to carry a $15 per month charge.
Sold at Microsoft retail stores nationwide, the bundle will include a 4GB Xbox 360 along with a Kinect sensor. The site says buyers will also receive access to the Xbox Live Gold service as part of their monthly fee and perhaps some additional streaming content from Microsoft's cable and/or sports partners.

Microsoft has not commented on the report, though The Verge says the official announcement will come next week.
Sounds like a screaming deal, right? Not so fast. The package, when totaled out, will cost users $459 over the duration of the contract, though they'll reportedly be able to pay an early termination fee to escape it. That's about $40 more than it would cost you to buy a 4GB Xbox 360/Kinect bundle today ($299) and two years of Xbox Live Gold service ($120).
The move, if it happens, looks to be another example of Microsoft's strategy to expand the Xbox beyond the gaming world. Rather than competing with the Wii (currently $140), upcoming Wii U (whose price won't be known until well after E3) and the PlayStation 3 ($250), the $99 Xbox is targeting home entertainment systems like Roku and Apple TV.
As the console world continues to feel pressure from the mobile and social gaming spaces, a dirt cheap console could breathe some new life into ailing game sales. Spending just $99 on an Xbox 360 leaves lots of room in most people's pockets to pick up a few games — like, say, Halo 4 or Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. The move also could build brand loyalty to the Xbox ahead of the next generation system's launch, which is expected to occur next holiday.
